Purpose
The NetHub Accelerator will support early-stage startup teams in the process from ideation to validation of new and existing disruptive business ideas and concepts in the fields of virtual care, remote patient monitoring, and healthcare data analysis.
Mentoring Package
The healthcare system is complex, and building a successful healthtech startup requires more than just a good idea. Through this three-month program, we will assist startup teams by creating and implementing an individualized mentoring package and networking them with technology mentors, health and social care providers, and their users.
Benefits
Teams will dive into the world of healthcare technology and, despite limited resources, validate the concept of their healthtech innovations in an industry-relevant environment and define further steps for the development of their startups.
Teams
Startup teams should consist of 2 to 4 members, and NetHub Accelerator will include a total of 3 teams in the program. To ensure commitment and business continuity after the Program’s completion, each startup team must provide at least one person who will be fully dedicated to the Program. Teams must have a defined entrepreneurial idea or challenge in the field of virtual care, remote patient monitoring, or healthcare data analysis that they wish to solve.
Application Process
Applications are accepted until September 19, 2022, and selected applicants will be announced on September 29, 2022.
Awards
Our work with the best does not end on Demo Day; we continue to provide support in the startup’s development through mentoring, networking, and access to funding.
- 1st prize: EUR 15,000 in NetHub Accelerator services;
- 2nd prize: EUR 10,000 in NetHub Accelerator services.
Timeline
The pre-acceleration program will run from September to November 2022, based on a tailored individualized program.
Demo Day
Demo Day will be held at the end of November 2022. All teams will pitch their business ideas to an expert jury consisting of top professionals from the NetHub Accelerator network.
