Recognizing market needs and drawing on the best experiences of one of the leading international corporations for infrastructure development and support programs in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, the Euroconsultants Group, the company E.C.H.R. founded NetHub at the beginning of this year. Improving the business climate for small and medium-sized enterprises, as one of E.C.H.R.’s main priorities, is the fundamental reason for establishing the NetHub accelerator.
Specifically, NetHub aims to bridge the needs of the healthcare system with the possibilities of digital technologies, opening up a broad field of long-term sustainable and creative collaboration between the two sectors. Through its program, NetHub will provide systematic support to startups in accelerating growth, securing seed funding, and rapidly acquiring entrepreneurial skills to ensure the best chances for market success. The NetHub program will offer its users numerous valuable services, including a structured mentorship program, access to seed funding and investors, masterclass education, networking, necessary infrastructure (coworking space), access to sectoral experts, and the organization of Demo Days.
NetHub’s leading team consists of experts in technology transfer, intellectual property, access to finance, business planning, and promotion and communication—and they are currently looking for an Accelerator Program Manager to join them!
Therefore, if you are interested, we invite you to apply for the position and actively participate in developing NetHub, which includes: designing and organizing workshops, lectures, networking events, and demo days; developing selection processes for teams entering the acceleration program; communicating with startup teams and other relevant stakeholders (public institutions, niche experts and mentors, IT entrepreneurs, private clinics, business support institutions…); managing social media, creating website articles, and developing media campaigns.
For this new team member, we are looking for skills such as: experience working with entrepreneurs/startups; proficiency in MS Office tools; active knowledge of Croatian and English (written and spoken); basic knowledge of graphic design/WordPress; experience in Canva or similar programs; experience managing social media accounts (Facebook and LinkedIn); basic knowledge of SEO; interest in copywriting and content writing; experience organizing and moderating events; interest in the local startup/tech community; prominent organizational, communication, and presentation skills; motivational skills; independence; creativity; resourcefulness; and a result-oriented mindset.
